Sportsmen’s Lodge Los Angeles Wedding | Gina & Gasper

Gina and Gasper’s story began four years ago when Gina was socializing with friends, and was handed a phone to keep someone company that she’d never met. Awkward phone hand-offs usually just last a few minutes, these two didn’t put the phone down for an hour. When I think about how all of our couple’s meet, this is one of my favorite stories. Gasper made it even better by keeping the phone (extremely outdated only four years later) and delivering it to Gina as a gift the day of the wedding. The phone makes an appearance further down in this post, but you probably won’t be yearning to give up your iPhone for it.

Holy crap this was a fun wedding. The event was beautifully decorated with a vintage Hollywood travel theme that fit in perfectly with the old world quirk of the Sportmen’s Lodge in Studio City. Their hilarious ceremony featured a live Facebook relationship status update, and the the reception… what can I even say? It was like an episode of So You Think You Can Dance, only it lasted 3 hours. Gina and Gasper are freakin’ awesome and they need to get married again some more. Let’s rock out in Studio City.
