Red Ridge Farms is a vineyard near Dundee Oregon, a picturesque landscape in the Willamette Valley and an amazing place for a wedding. It was a triple digit scorcher that afternoon. I don’t care how low the humidity is- when it’s over 100˚ and you are either in formal wear or dressed up with a ton of black camera gear on you, the dry heat argument falls very short. But if you’re going to roast alive, you might as well do it for love. It really brought a new meaning to the statement, “my clients are hot.” Despite the inferno we drank a lot of water, enjoyed the AC when possible, and generally had the same sort of good time we have at all of our weddings. And as it turned out, postponing portraits to later in the day also coincided with fewer heat waves and an amazing sky. Congratulations guys! Your wedding warmed our hearts in more ways than one!
