Orfila is probably the wedding venue that we’ve shot most in San Diego, it has an intimate and comfortable feel to it. I won’t say any wedding is necessarily easy or non-challenging, but there is a sense of comfort that comes with shooting it. It feels relaxed and easy going, which is perfect for Diana and Jeff who I’d describe in the same way. Their wedding was a perfect flow of good times, Texan charm, and a night that was watched over by a super moon.

Geneva and Bob are the nicest people ever. Possibly the nicest people in existence. No really, I can’t overstate that enough. We completely lucked out in the client department with these two. And their wedding was really cool - filled with laughter, love, and more moments than is even possible to cram into a blog post. And yes they’re from Boston, which is why they got the one stormy day in San Diego for their wedding. Luckily for us, Balboa Park is the place to be for days with an iffy sky!

Fierce. Hilarious. Stylish. Nontraditional. Loved by all. Since every blog post needs a few words to tie into the images, that how I’d describe Jeanette and Tony. These two are our first couple to get ready at a barber shop, first to cut their cake with a samurai sword, and the first to throw a dance party that was so fun that even the wedding planners were waving their clipboards in the air like they just didn’t care. This was a good day.
